July Goals - REVISITED
1) Okay, for real this time: get back to working out. It doesn’t even have to be consistent, just do SOMETHING. Womp. Womp. I really didn’t do any working out.
2) Do twenty push ups every day. (so far so good) I only missed two days. So I call that a win.
3) Once again: keep it keto. This is getting easier and easier, and I’m only tempted every so often, but I still want to keep it a goal. Totally did this aside from two mini cupcakes and a camping trip
4) Lose some weight. I lost 1.2 pounds this month. I’m going to cry.
5) I will not let this month end without setting a wedding date/picking a location. THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN. Not weight loss related, but whatever. Yeah… nope. It’s probably going to be a while still before Luke and I decide on a date or location.
