I’ve decided to do the C25K program (hurray!) - now all I need is a good app for my phone to help me out. I have the Evo from Sprint - if that makes any difference at all. I know there’s a bunch of you out there who have done this program - any of you got app advice? Please and thank you.

February Goals

January goals, revisited.
1) Eat simpler - this is the new mantra I want to follow. Nothing from a box. Nothing from can. If I can’t pronounce it, I shouldn’t be eating it. This may mean a little more work on my part, but I think it’s totally worth it. WIN! I think I did really well with this - of course, there’s always room for improvement.
